After application, the film forms a bright silver surface that effectively reflects sunlight. Test results show that after 1 hour of solar exposure, the temperature of the coated sample reached 28°C, significantly lower than 37°C for black membranes and 33°C for ordinary reflective thermal insulation materials.

As a roof-applied product, factors such as dust accumulation and human trampling can cause surface contamination and cleaning difficulties over time, compromising thermal insulation performance. This coating utilizes nanotechnology, ensuring no traces from human trampling remain, while natural stains can be easily washed away by water flow, preserving reflective thermal insulation efficiency.

3.Weather-Resistant & Color-Stable, Ensuring Long-Lasting Insulation
Conventional reflective thermal insulation coatings, often white, tend to yellow over time, leading to reduced thermal insulation performance. In contrast, this roof coating maintains high weather resistance, remaining bright and intact for years without compromising reflective thermal insulation effectiveness.

4.Single-Coat Application, Reducing Material Consumption per Unit Area
During spray application, only approximately 180g of material is required per square meter of rough cement substrate, significantly reducing material costs. Additionally, spray application saves construction time, effectively shortening project timelines and enhancing cost efficiency for contractors.

Application Scope & Construction Requirements

The roof reflective thermal insulation coating is suitable for color steel tiles, cement roofs, and surfaces of waterproof membranes/coatings. Cement substrates must be repaired, leveled, and ensured dry, firm, and dust-free. Color steel tile roofs require polishing to a smooth and clean finish. Spray application is recommended.
